Head of Business Operations

With 15 years of combined experience in the Travel, Hospitality, and BPO industries, Arief leads as the Head of Business Operations. His responsibilities include overseeing divisions such as data management, contact centers, and ticketing, as well as managing relationships with key clients and partners.

Dimas Apriadi
Operations Coordinator

Dimas, the Operations Coordinator at Metis since 2016, contributes his extensive 8-year experience in the BPO industry to the team. He works closely with his colleagues to uphold service level agreements and improve overall team performance.
